Filling machine
When the filling process starts and bottles go through the photoelectric reflection part, the PLC receives a signal. Then the machine will arrange 12 bottles and fill them automatically as soon as these bottles are ready, which ensures security and reliability. During filling process, when the filling volume reaches the preset volume, PLC sends an order to stop the machine immediately and filled bottles will be dropped. Then, another 12 bottles will repeat the process above. When there is not enough liquid in the storage hopper, the PLC receives a signal sent by level controller, and then the machine will load more liquid into storage to keep the liquid level within a certain range to ensure filling accuracy.
