Application:
The filling and capping line consists of a bottle unscrambler, servo volumetric filling machine, inline capping machine and another automatic rejection system. The machine is widely used to filling small size bottles under the volume of 5000ml.
The whole filling line is highly intelligent, and requires only 3 people to operate.
The bottle unscrambler can sort bottles quickly and automatically, and it is suitable for both square and round bottles. It is easy to adjust parameters because there are no specific molds.
The filling machine uses a servo system to measure the filling level and ensure the filling accuracy.
The machine use a linear capping system that is easy and fast to adjust.
